Need help on Employee Details?
Overview
Employee details on Vibrant Web dashboard is categorized in two sub-sections: Personal and Professional. All active vibrants are required to fill up relevant information required in both sections and update it regularly (if there are any changes).
- Professional: This section contains details about employee joining, skills, organizational details and experience of vibrants. You can add, edit or delete any details in declaration, experience and skills sections. Once any change occurs in these sections, it doesn’t immediately reflect in the system as it goes to HR department for approval. If you have added any certification to your professional card, you will have to provide relevant documents for proof to HR department. Once the edited/new entries are approved by HR team, it will be visible in the Employee Details section.
- Personal: This section contains personal information of vibrants like contact details, education, passport, visa, emergency contact, medical history, dependents and certifications. You can add, edit or delete any information from this card. Changes in the system will be effective only after approval from HR department. You will have to provide with relevant documents for proof, if there are any changes in personal, education or contact details.
